1. Payment Processing
Stripe or another authorized provider processes payments, refunds, payouts, identity verification, and related services.
2. Authorization
By submitting a transaction, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the selected payment method for the disclosed total.
3. Payouts
Host payouts depend on successful verification, cleared payment, provider rules, reserves, disputes, refunds, sanctions checks, and applicable law.
4. Holds and Reserves
SimpleStay or its payment provider may delay, hold, offset, or reserve funds where reasonably necessary for fraud, chargebacks, refunds, negative balances, investigations, legal compliance, or risk management.
5. Currency
Prices may be shown in local or selected currency. Conversion rates and foreign-exchange fees may be set by Stripe, banks, card networks, or other providers.
6. Failed Payments
A failed, reversed, or disputed payment may lead to booking cancellation, balance recovery, payout withholding, or account restriction.
7. Subscriptions
Subscription price, billing period, included features, taxes, and renewal terms are displayed before purchase. Where automatic renewal applies, the subscription renews until cancelled. Cancellation affects future periods unless law requires otherwise.
8. Taxes and Invoices
Invoices or receipts may be issued electronically. Users are responsible for providing correct billing and tax information.
