Guests must:
- provide accurate booking and identity information;
- pay all disclosed charges;
- follow occupancy limits and house rules;
- respect neighbors, staff, Hosts, and other occupants;
- avoid unlawful parties, dangerous conduct, unauthorized guests, and property misuse;
- report material problems promptly;
- not damage, steal, tamper with, or misuse property;
- protect account credentials;
- avoid fraudulent refund or chargeback claims; and
- leave the accommodation in the condition reasonably expected under the booking.
Violations may lead to charges, booking cancellation, account restriction, suspension, or legal action.
