Hosts must:
- have legal authority to list;
- provide accurate photos, descriptions, location, amenities, availability, pricing, fees, policies, and restrictions;
- maintain safe, clean, lawful, and habitable accommodations;
- comply with licensing, tourism, tax, zoning, fire, health, privacy, and accessibility rules;
- communicate promptly;
- honor confirmed bookings;
- disclose cameras, monitoring devices, shared spaces, hazards, and material limitations;
- protect Guest privacy and property;
- avoid discrimination and retaliation;
- issue or approve refunds where legally required or appropriate under disclosed terms;
- avoid off-platform payment solicitation;
- maintain suitable insurance where required or reasonably appropriate; and
- cooperate with investigations and verification requests.
Repeated cancellations, inaccurate listings, unsafe conditions, fraud, abuse, or poor performance may result in reduced visibility, listing suspension, payout holds, or account termination.
