Our story
SimpleStay started with a conversation among friends on a beach in the Dominican Republic. Why should a host lose hundreds of dollars in fees every month? We set out to build the platform we wished existed. It's bilingual from day one and built for Latin America.
Security & trust
Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and SimpleStay runs on SOC 2 Type 2 and ISO 27001 certified infrastructure. Hosts pass identity verification before publishing, and our Privacy Policy explains exactly what we collect and who we share it with.
Hosting on SimpleStay

For individual property hosts
- List apartments, houses, villas, condos, or cabins.
- Offer short-term stays or 3-, 6-, and 12-month rentals.
- Pay $50 per month for each property.
- Keep booking revenue without percentage-based SimpleStay commissions.

For hotels
- Pay $100 per month per hotel.
- Add and manage unlimited rooms within that hotel.
- Create different room types, prices, capacity limits, and availability.
- Accept nightly reservations.
- Hotel accounts undergo approval to protect platform quality.

- Complete identity and payout verification.
- Provide accurate property information and photographs.
- Follow applicable local rental, hotel, tax, and licensing requirements.
