1. Reporting Infringement
Send notices to:

Subject: “Copyright Notice” A notice should include:
- identification of the copyrighted work;
- identification and location of allegedly infringing material;
- your contact information;
- a statement of good-faith belief;
- a statement under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and you are authorized to act; and
- a physical or electronic signature.
2. Counter-Notice
A counter-notice should include identification of removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that removal resulted from mistake or misidentification, contact details, consent to appropriate jurisdiction where legally required, and a signature.
3. Repeat Infringers
We may terminate repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
4. Misrepresentation
Knowingly false notices may create legal liability. This Policy does not constitute legal advice.
