Respect
Users must communicate professionally and avoid harassment, threats, hate, humiliation, retaliation, or unwanted sexual conduct.
Inclusion
Unlawful discrimination based on protected characteristics is prohibited. Hosts may impose lawful, objectively justified safety or occupancy rules.
Honesty
Listings, profiles, reviews, identities, prices, availability, and communications must be truthful.
Safety
Users must avoid conduct that creates foreseeable danger. Hosts must maintain safe properties and disclose material hazards.
Privacy
Users must not secretly record, surveil, publish, or misuse another person’s personal information except where lawful and clearly disclosed.
Property
Guests must respect accommodations and Hosts must respect Guest possessions and privacy.
Enforcement
Violations may result in warnings, content removal, booking cancellation, account restrictions, payout holds, suspension, or termination.
