You may not use SimpleStay to:
- violate law, regulation, sanctions, court orders, or third-party rights;
- engage in fraud, identity theft, money laundering, terrorist financing, or payment abuse;
- publish fake, duplicate, unavailable, misleading, or unauthorized listings;
- facilitate trafficking, exploitation, prostitution where unlawful, illegal drugs, weapons, or violent activity;
- harass, threaten, stalk, discriminate against, or endanger any person;
- upload malware or attempt unauthorized access;
- scrape, copy, crawl, reverse engineer, overload, or interfere with the Platform;
- manipulate reviews, ranking, referrals, pricing, availability, or bookings;
- evade fees or safeguards through off-platform transactions;
- collect personal information without lawful authority;
- infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or contractual rights;
- send spam or deceptive communications; or
- use the Platform in a manner that creates unreasonable legal, financial, safety, or reputational risk.
We may investigate, remove content, restrict functionality, suspend accounts, hold payouts, preserve evidence, and cooperate with authorities or providers where appropriate. Submit reports to [email protected] with the subject “Support Request.”
