1. Submission

2. Required Information
Requests should clearly identify:
- the requesting authority and officer;
- legal authority and jurisdiction;
- records sought;
- relevant account, email, booking, transaction, or date range;
- return contact information; and
- any confidentiality or preservation requirement.
3. Scope and Proportionality
Requests must be specific, lawful, properly issued, and appropriately limited. We may seek clarification, object, narrow, or challenge defective or overbroad requests.
4. Emergency Requests
Emergency requests involving imminent risk of death or serious physical harm should identify the emergency, affected person, information sought, and why immediate disclosure is necessary.
5. User Notice
We may notify affected users unless prohibited by law, legally delayed, or reasonably likely to create danger, fraud, obstruction, or security risk.
6. Preservation
We may preserve records upon receipt of a valid preservation request, subject to applicable law and technical availability.
7. International Requests
Foreign authorities may be required to use applicable treaty, mutual legal assistance, local representative, or other lawful cross-border process.
