Security
We use encrypted transmission, secure authentication, managed cloud services, restricted access, monitoring, daily backups, and incident-response procedures.
Payment Security
Stripe or another regulated provider processes payment credentials, payouts, identity checks, and financial information.
KYC, AML, and Sanctions
Users may be subject to identity, business, tax, fraud, sanctions, and anti-money-laundering screening.
Consumer Protection
Non-waivable consumer rights remain in effect.
Trust and Safety
We prohibit fraud, exploitation, unlawful discrimination, harassment, unsafe listings, and abusive conduct.
Accessibility
We work to improve accessibility and accept reports of barriers.
Vulnerability Disclosure
Good-faith security reports may be submitted to [email protected] with the subject “Security Vulnerability Report.”
Legal Requests
General legal correspondence should use the subject “Legal Notice.” Formal service must be delivered to our registered agent.
